Based in Long Eaton but serving customers accross the region, DJS Architectural Services Ltd have a broad client base with a high percentage of business gained on recommendation.

We work with our Clients to prepare Plans to meet their requirements and submit Local Authority Planning and Building Regulation Applications.

We are Chartered members of the "Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists" and hold adequate Proffessional Indemnity Insurance

Our clients are homeowners looking to extend their home or private developers / builders who require plans preparing for new build housing, extensions, loft conversions or commercial developments

What will it cost?

Costs are specifically tailored to the Project and a no obligation quote will be provided before any service is undertaken. However, likely Architectural Fees could be;

Plans drawn and submitted for Planning AND Building Regulations;

Single Storey Extension £700

Double Storey Extension £900

No VAT

Planning Applications Fees and Building Regualtion Approval Fees may be required depending on project
